1Acceptance of Terms

3Account Registration

Each player is only permitted to hold one active account at klat77 at all times. Multiple account registrations by the same individual — even using different information — are a direct violation of these Terms and Conditions.

When registering, you are required to provide accurate and complete information including your full name, date of birth, phone number, and an active email address. This information is used for identity verification, transaction processing, and account-related communications.

• The chosen username must not resemble any brand name, public figure, or other entity in a way that could cause confusion

• Any activity that occurs under your account is considered your responsibility
• Accounts may not be transferred, sold, or shared with any other individual

4Deposits & Payments

Klat77 accepts deposits via a range of local Malaysian payment methods, including DuitNow, FPX, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, as well as Visa and Mastercard debit and credit cards. All transactions are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) with no currency conversion fees from klat77.

• The minimum deposit is MYR 10 for DuitNow, FPX, and e-wallet methods
• The minimum deposit for debit or credit cards is MYR 30
• Deposits will be credited to your account within 1 to 5 minutes after confirmation
• Deposited funds may only be used for gambling purposes within the klat77 platform
• Klat77 is not responsible for any fees charged by your bank or e-wallet provider
• The name on your payment method must match your klat77 account name

Klat77 reserves the right to decline or hold any deposit deemed suspicious or potentially linked to illegal activity. In such cases, further review may be conducted and you may be asked to provide supporting documents.

5Withdrawal

Players may withdraw funds from their klat77 account balance at any time, subject to the following conditions. All withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the deposit, for security and anti-money laundering compliance purposes.

• The minimum withdrawal is MYR 30
• The first withdrawal requires a completed and approved KYC verification
• Withdrawal processing times are 10 to 60 minutes for e-wallets and 1 to 3 business days for bank transfers
• Klat77 VIP members receive priority processing for withdrawals
• Klat77 reserves the right to request additional documents before approving withdrawals that exceed certain limits
• Wins from bonus funds may not be withdrawn until the wagering requirements have been fully met

6Bonuses & Promotions

Klat77 offers a variety of bonuses and promotions from time to time, including welcome bonuses, deposit bonuses, cashback, free spins, and a VIP loyalty program. Each bonus is subject to specific terms and conditions stated alongside the offer.

A wagering requirement refers to the minimum amount you must wager using bonus funds before any winnings from that bonus can be withdrawn. For example, a MYR 50 bonus with a 20x wagering requirement means you need to wager MYR 1,000 before withdrawing any related winnings.

• Each player is only eligible to claim each bonus once unless otherwise stated
• Bonuses may not be transferred to other players or exchanged directly for cash
• Klat77 reserves the right to forfeit bonuses if a player is found to have violated promotion terms
• The maximum bet while using bonus funds is MYR 20 per round unless otherwise stated
• Not all games contribute equally toward fulfilling wagering requirements — please check the relevant promotion terms
• Unused bonuses will expire automatically once their validity period ends

7Game Rules

• Players are responsible for understanding the rules of each game before playing

8Account Security

• Transferring funds between player accounts (chip dumping) for fraudulent purposes or to circumvent bonus terms
• Using third-party software designed to gain an unfair advantage in games
• Creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus more than once
• Using another person's credit or debit card without the cardholder's consent

10Account Termination

A klat77 account may be terminated in two situations — at the player's own request, or by klat77 due to a breach of terms.

Closure at the player's request: If you wish to close your account, contact klat77 customer support via live chat. Any remaining balance (excluding bonus funds that have not met the wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your original payment method within 3 to 7 business days.

Closure by klat77: klat77 reserves the right to terminate or suspend any account without prior notice if it is found to be involved in fraud, terms violations, illegal activity, or any conduct that compromises the integrity of the platform. In such cases, the account balance may be withheld while an investigation is carried out.

• Accounts inactive for 12 consecutive months may be subject to a monthly administrative fee
• Once an account is terminated, the relevant data will be retained for the period required by applicable law
• Players whose accounts have been terminated due to a violation are not permitted to register a new account

11Limitation of Liability
